Orchard House is offered as an exclusive Development space.
It is designed as a unique ‘home’ for Teams, Leaders and Coaches to take that rare but so valuable time to reflect on the ‘systems’ we work with, look after ourselves, learn from peers and adapt what you do next with our teams.
The idea is that you may chose to make this a regular event once or twice a year as part of your personal or team development.
Located at Springfield Farm, near Monmouth you and 10 peers will have access to your own house, 150 acres of farmland made up of a Cider Apple Orchard, Spanish horse stud, an ancient woodland and pasture. There are no near neighbours, just you in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside.
We are 45 minutes from Bristol Parkway railway station, just 20 minutes north-west of the Severn Bridges; 30 minutes from Newport railway station. We are 1 hour 35 mins from Birmingham airport and 2 hours from Heathrow Terminal 5. Paddington trains run every 30 minutes and take 90 minutes to Bristol. We can arrange collection from the station.
The house is finished to a high specification, rooms are all large and of the 10 bedrooms, only 2 share a bathroom. There is also a separate shepherds hut on location and a local hotel if numbers demand. We accommodate 10-12 without sharing a room.
The House has a 10m x 6m meeting room with large table (12-24 people) and AV equipment, ideal for discussions on content and strategy. The Lounge, Snug and Cinema Lounge provide relaxing space for breakouts or the whole group. There are two kitchens, one with Aga, giving the option to the group to cook for yourselves or have catering provided. The dining room is open plan with the Aga Kitchen and seats 12-24. We can provide local food and ingredients.
Outside there is a fantastic view as your ‘Coach-home’ is on the top of a hill, in your own grounds. There is patio outdoor seating, a fire pit for evening food, drinks and stories, a large lawn and garden, walking routes and loads of secluded open space. From the top fields you will get a fantastic view west of the Brecon Beacons and South Wales valleys.
